How to increase testosterone and decrease estrogen with these two “F” words
Today I’m going to show you how the power of two simple “f words” can help you increase your testosterone levels and decrease your estrogen levels so you can lose your man boobs and reclaim your masculinity.
What are these two “F words”? Read this article now to find out!
The first word is FIBER:
Here’s why you need Fiber in your diet:
- You feel more full so you eat less. Which in turn helps you eat better, which helps you lose fat, which helps you decrease estrogen and increase T levels.
- Insoluble fiber binds with estrogen and moves it out of the body. Without adequate fiber, estrogen
can be reabsorbed from the intestine into the blood stream. - Dietary fiber attracts and holds water as it passes through the digestive tract. The stools produced
tend to be softer, bulkier, and pass more quickly through the colon, which helps prevent constipation
Basically, more fiber in your diet is good for you. A fiber intake of between 20 to 35 grams is recommended.
What are some good sources of fiber?
* Vegetables and fruits
* Choose fruits (fresh, frozen, canned, dried) rather than fruit juice.
* Add dried beans (legumes) to soups or stews. Black beans, pinto beans are great too (mexican food is good!)
* Try a side salad or veggie tray with your lunch daily instead of chips or fries
* Avocados are high in fiber too
* Also you can get one of those fiber additives you mix in water like metamusel, etc
What’s the other F word?
FAT!
Don’t be afraid of fat in your diet. You need it to promote healthy T levels, for example:
A 1979 study [1] evaluated switching eleven men from a low fat (25% of calories) vegetarian diet to a higher fat (40% of calories) western diet. (Both diets provided the same calories per day.) T-levels were an average of 401 on the vegetarian diet and 581 on the western diet. That’s a 30+% reduction in T!
Basically, if you’re eating lean meats you’re getting the right types of fat in your diet. Also Fish Oil supplements have good fats in them… avocados have good fats in them… etc
So don’t be afraid of fatty meats occasionally in your diet. What types of diets promote “good fat” consumption? The Warrior diet and The Mediterranean Diet are both good for T levels.
Also, I’ve covered exercises you should do in other articles so you should definitely do that as well for the many benefits of that and also consider taking a gynecomastia supplement or what’s known as a “natural chest fat burner” to help accelerate your results.
NOTE: Don’t let the supplements act as a “Crutch”! you still want to follow the advice above about proper exercise and eating patterns (the two F’s!!!) and the chest fat burners will just help accelerate you losing your man boobs. (See my resource box for my review site on these supplements)
